We were surprised with a call from CSU facility Manager with the bad news and then he sent an official e-mail on December 14, around 3:30pm. Since this being six days before our home opener we were forced to abandon the idea of playing a full home and away schedule this season. The entire system will need to be replaced and/or upgraded. The construction started on December 14, and will last most of our winter season. The Rockers will play charitable touring games locally and abroad in communities during the 2009-10 season, until our home venue is complete.
